Must-see
We once again had a wonderful and delicious time with the family in this restaurant in Ajaccio that has little one but name. As usual, we took the menu “route of the senses” ( 100 euros) , what happiness for the eyes but especially for the palate. The conductor and his companion are playing a score without any false Rating. On the room side the service is very professional relaxed and attentive. Not to be missed under any circumstances.

Wonderful culinary experience
Wonderful culinary experience. Subtle balance of tastes and flavors throughout the menu. Possibly a tone slightly less than sweet compared to everything before. A frank atmosphere of the necklace and a service that does not embarrass frills. It does not matter as long as the dishes follow! Only one regret: that the part outside is adjoining the room and that amateurs experience the smell of cigarettes they did not order. Fortunately, we escaped the cigar smokers...

Perfect.

A real gastronomy
A wonderful surprise, so used to being disappointed by a majority of Corsican tables. Great finesse, originality, mastery of cooking. Only downside, the setting may not be up to the kitchen

Can do better
Almost everything was perfect... lots of taste, fresh produce. On the other hand, dessert, what to say ... lack of delicacy ... coffee served without sugar , without appetizer ... pity

We went to the small restaurant for lunch and we feasted! The staff is lovely and the food refined and original I recommend 100%
